1 John 4:17-18

“17. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

18. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”

It’s all about love.

Every thing we do or say should be motivated by, and come from a place of love. Even if the people we are dealing with are hard to love, the God we love is not.

Whatever steps we take or moves we make should all be done unto the Lord. With this attitude we can always operate in love to people who maybe mean, hurtful or even cruel.

This is how the love of God is perfected in us. Because as he is (God is love), in this world so are we.

We are the way people will see the love of God in action.
